What Are You Doing?

What Are You Doing?

Worry is a misuse of imagination.
by Dan Zadra

Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind.
If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts are drained.
by Arthur Somers Roche

We’ll weather the weather,
Whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not.
by John Ruskin

Worrying is like a rocking chair.
It gives you something to do but gets you nowhere.
Did you put off doing something yesterday?
Did you say yesterday that you were going to do it today?
How many days, months, or even years have you said you will do it tomorrow?
That’s the “tomorrow trap” that most never get out of.
They actually make themselves feel better by fooling themselves
and making themselves believe they will do it tomorrow.
But they won’t.

About Universalove

I am an author on a heartfelt mission. I want to share a truth that makes a difference to how one may exist in the world after trauma and victimization. I want our soldiers, veterans, and innocent victims to know PTSD does not have to own us. In fact, we are far greater than this disorder can ever be. We just have to see it for what it is. We have to see ourselves and once we realize this is our greatest priority, our godhood kicks in and reign.
