Make The Best Adjustments

Make The Best Adjustments

The solution to our mood problems may not require heroic attempts to change our inner feeling
world or the outer world of other people, places and jobs.
Rather, it may simply involve a shift in the way we pay attention to all of them.
by Mark Williams

Try dying every day to your old self…
So that you emerge renewed and young again as the tired mind sheds its load.
by Kristin Zambucka

People have a hard time letting go of their suffering.
Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.
by Thich Nhat Hanh

Our suffering stems from ignorance.
We react because we do not know what we are doing,
because we do not know the reality of ourselves.
by S.N. Goenka

About Universalove

I am an author on a heartfelt mission. I want to share a truth that makes a difference to how one may exist in the world after trauma and victimization. I want our soldiers, veterans, and innocent victims to know PTSD does not have to own us. In fact, we are far greater than this disorder can ever be. We just have to see it for what it is. We have to see ourselves and once we realize this is our greatest priority, our godhood kicks in and reign.
